Trash Removal
The City offers weekly curbside trash pickup on Tuesdays. In addition, there will be one City-wide free trash pickup each year in the spring. This offers residents an opportunity to dispose of large and bulky items which exceed the weekly limits. The Public Works Department also conducts one time per month curbside pickup of branches, as well as leaf pickup in autumn.
The City provides one cart through the utility bills, the refuse contract is through Stevens Disposal & Recycling Service. All trash goes into the cart but if you need a second cart you may call 734-279-2611 at your cost.

Also if someone has a bulk item that you can not wait until the Spring clean up, Stevens Disposal will come on the last Wednesday of each month, but you must call and pay Stevens Disposal ahead of time.
